"Surrender to me your woes,
Your joys and even your love.
Release the mind
So heavy upon your heart."
Carefully placing them in a container,
I hand over a box wrapped in blue
A gold bow positioned meticulously upon it
Like a shining star beckoning the receiver.
Unsure of how to let go,
I hold it a moment longer.
My Master waits patiently,
His love assures me.
Wavering no longer,
I deliver this special package into his arms,
Immediately feeling a release,
A relief from deep within.
"What will be, will be."
I smile as I know it is true.
Suddenly the birds sing
And the sun's rays warm me.
